The measure of a great church is seen in the quality
of disciples that it makes rather than the size of the crowd it attracts.
The Law of Instruction says:
A disciple-making church provides a process of Bible-based, life-centered
instruction that contributes to the lifelong learning and development
of believers.
Base Two Value:
Every person needs a biblical
moral compass to guide and protect him throughout life.
Base Two Principles:
- Personal growth is a lifelong process. 1 John 3:2
- Parents are their children's first and primary teachers. Deuteronomy
6:6-9
- Acceptance, caring, and learning occur best in small groups. Luke

Goals of Disciples Committed to Maturity
How do we know when the individual has committed to maturity and that
the church is effectively practicing the Law of Instruction? These believers
will commit to a process of lifelong spiritual growth and development.
As a result, their whole life, awarenesses, attitudes, and actions will
be elevated to a higher spiritual level.
Awareness Goals - they know:
- the baptism in the Holy Spirit is for all believers, bringing a supernatural
power for life as a witness;
- that Christlikeness is the aim of the Christian life;
- that loving God is the primary directive of the disciple's life;
- that loving God is evidenced by our love for others; and
- the biblical principles and commands that provide guidance in matters
of faith and conduct.
Attitude Goals - reflecting an attitude that:
- desires the baptism in the Holy Spirit;
- desires to live a Christlike life;
- desires to love God fully and completely;
- is concerned with the spiritual and physical needs of others; and
- desires to live by biblical principles and commands.
Action Goals - they take action and:
- enter into a Spirit-filled life by seeking and receiving the baptism
in the Holy Spirit;
- make the principles and commands of the Bible the ruling factor in
all decisions;
- develop a consistent pattern of corporate and personal prayer and
worship;
- respond to the spiritual and physical needs of others; and
- study the Bible in a regular and systematic manner.
