A community that encourages and supports disciples is essential to the
people building process. The church's responsibility is to facilitate
the disciples' progress through the stages of spiritual development. This
means the church community must provide opportunities for the people to
make the right decisions and to participate in the disciple making process.
The church must commit to the people and their spiritual development.
